Humpback Turretfish
This fish is known as Humpback Turretfish and the correct latin name is Tetrosomus gibbosus. The family that this fish belongs to is called the Boxfish family. (e) It's origin is Indo-West Pacific. (e)
Humpback Turretfish can grow up to 30 cm what is approximately 11 inches. So 1 specimen requires at least 3600cm2 of water surface which is approximately 558 square inch. This fish should be kept in aquariums that are large. (e) Medium aquariums have at least 113 Litres (30 US Gallons). Large aquariums have at least 265 Litres (70 US Gallons). Very large aquariums hold at least 700 Litres (185 US Gallons).
It is difficult to keep the Humpback Turretfish. (e) The specific gravity (SG) should be between 1,020 and 1,025, the temperature between 23°C (73.4°F) and 26°C (78.8°F). The recommended pH level is between 8.0 and 8.3 since marine fish are used to these levels in general.
An omnivore. Feed them bloodworms, shrimps, and foods which are based on vegetable.

Recommended readingI've kept a turretffish for nearly 3 years now with semi-aggressive species and soft corals. I've been feeding a variety of foods, mainly meaty and algea sheets. Obtained fish when it was most likely considered medium sized. Doing excellent so far. Oh yea. I'm also running carbon. Just in case: )
